The Payette River Subdivision #1 (PRS #1) is located just south of McCall, Idaho, along the clear waters of the North Fork of the Payette River. Carved out of homestead land in the early 1970’s the subdivision has 66 home sites lying near and along the East bank of the North Fork Payette River. With water flowing just a few miles out of Payette Lake, the river is a scenic centerpiece of the subdivision. Brundage Mountain is also visible from many areas of the subdivision.
Adjoining PRS #1 is the North Valley Trail, which has year round opportunities for silent recreation. In the winter, the trail is groomed for skiing, walking, fat biking,
and snow shoeing. In the summer, it is used by joggers, walkers, and bikers both for
recreation and for travel into the town of McCall, only 4 miles away.
The neighborhood is an ideal escape from the traffic and busyness of downtown McCall, yet is still close enough to be within easy biking distance or just a 10-minute drive. It is a perfect
spot to enjoy both peace and quiet, along with McCall’s many outdoor activities.
